Textbooks:
Textbook refunds are given the first two weeks of the Fall/Spring
semesters and the first week of summer sessions. All short-term
classes have exactly one week from the start date of class to
return/exchange. After the above refund period, textbooks must
be returned within 24 hours from the date of purchase in order
to qualify for a refund. Textbooks purchased November 2nd through
the end of the fall 2009 semester are NOT RETURNABLE. The original
receipt is required for all returns/exchanges.
- All sales are final after 24 hours.
- New textbooks
must not have any bent or torn pages, marks, writing,
highlighting or other damage. All (instead of some)
shrink-wrapped books or packages are not returnable if opened.
Textbooks with computer software cannot be returned if
software is opened.
- No returns are
accepted for course packets, imported foreign language books,
or any book or package marked "Not Returnable."

Refund policy is the same as in-store purchases.
For all online order returns, shipping fees are not refunded.
All On-line orders receive a 5% discount
for the total amount of the order. Shipping is not discounted.

Tradebooks:

within 3 days of purchase. All sales are final on purchases of
newspapers, catalogs, study aids, Max Notes, Exam Notes, Quick
Study Bar charts, and maps.
